Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CLARITI Health Insights, operated by First Responders Technology Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). We strive to provide the highest quality health insights and reports to help you make informed decisions. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 All Sales Are Final
- Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:
- One-time purchases.
- Subscription-based services.
- Individual or bulk report downloads.
1.2 Report Download as Final Sale
- Once a Clariti Health Insights report has been downloaded, either directly from the platform or through email, the transaction is deemed complete, and no refund will be issued.
- This applies regardless of whether the report was accessed in part or in full.
1.3 No Refunds for User Errors
- Refunds will not be granted for errors such as:
- Uploading incorrect lab results.
- Misinterpretation of health insights provided.
- Accidental or duplicate purchases.
2. Payment Authorization
By completing a transaction on the Clariti platform, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed and understood the details of the service or report being purchased.
- You agree that the report or service meets your requirements prior to purchase.
- You authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the full amount of the transaction.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
3.1 Binding Policy
- By agreeing to this Refund Policy, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for services rendered and reports delivered.
- Attempting to initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account.
- Legal action to recover funds and additional damages.
3.2 Fraudulent Activity
- Any fraudulent claims or unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
4. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
4.1 Legal Exceptions
- In jurisdictions where laws mandate exceptions to no-refund policies, we will comply with applicable laws. However, this is strictly limited to cases where such laws override this policy.
4.2 Payment Errors
- Refunds may be granted only in cases of technical errors, such as duplicate billing or overcharges caused directly by our payment system.
5. User Acknowledgment
- You have reviewed this Refund Policy in its entirety.
- You understand that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances once a report has been downloaded.
- You waive the right to seek reimbursement through your bank, credit card provider, or Stripe except in cases of technical payment errors (as outlined above).
6. Questions and Support
If you believe you have encountered a legitimate payment issue, you must contact us atlabs@moreclariti.com within seven (7) days of the transaction.
Be prepared to provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID).
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
All inquiries will be addressed within five (5) business days.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Binding Agreement
By making a purchase, you agree that this Refund Policy supersedes any conflicting refund terms presented by Stripe, your bank, or other financial institutions.
